  • Password (hashed, never stored in plain text)

  • Dates of birth or age ranges

1.3 Tasks, Events & Personal Notes

 

We store:

 

  • Tasks and reminders

  • Events, routines, recurring patterns

  • Any notes or descriptions you provide

 

These may include personal or sensitive household information, which we protect under GDPR/UK-GDPR standards.

 

1.4 Images for Avatar Creation

 

 

  • Uploaded images are processed in real time

  • They are not stored by The Uplift

  • Only the generated avatar output is stored

 

 

We do not use your images for training, analytics, or any other purpose

 

1.5 Calendar & Reminders Data (Optional)

 

If you grant permission, we may:

 

  • Read events from your device calendar

  • Write events back to your device calendar

  • Create a copy of selected calendar data in our databases to support app features

 

 

You can revoke access at any time.

 

1.6 Automatically Collected Data

 

 

  • Device type

  • App version

  • Usage analytics (aggregated and anonymised)

  • Crash diagnostics

 

 

2. How We Use Your Information

 

We use your data to:

 

 

  • Provide and personalise the service

  • Parse to OpenAI , anonymised, for summaries and analysis 

  • Sync with your calendar (if enabled)

  • Generate avatars

  • Improve app performance and features

  • Communicate updates, support, and service messages

 

We do not sell your data.
